1. Orders and Delivery

Orders usually take 2 to 6 working days within Cairo, although delivery may take longer if the requested items are not available in the nearest branch.

Orders outside Cairo may require additional time for delivery.

Due to high demand on some products, orders may be placed simultaneously through stores, the website, and social media channels. In some cases, an item may become out of stock after the order is placed. If this happens, we may offer the customer an alternative product or an immediate refund.

2. Product Availability and Pricing

All products are subject to availability.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Dino Toy reserves the right to modify product prices at any time in response to market conditions or other business factors.

3. Customer Conduct

We are committed to serving our customers with care and respect. Our employees and managers work hard to respond to inquiries and process orders efficiently. Any offensive, abusive, or insulting behavior toward our staff is not acceptable under any circumstances.

4. Exchange and Refund Policy

Exchange and refund are available only in stores within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

• The original receipt is presented
• The product is in its original condition
• The product packaging is intact
• Nothing is missing from the package

The following items cannot be exchanged or refunded after opening the box due to hygiene and safety reasons:

• Pools
• Inflatables
• Hair brushes
• Puzzles
• Bottles
• Pumps
• Clothes
• Accessories
• Any other hygienic products

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Gifts may only be exchanged when the gift receipt is provided.

5. Payments

Dino Toy accepts a variety of secure payment methods depending on your preferred checkout option, including:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Visa / MasterCard on delivery for offline payments
• Visa / MasterCard for online payments

All payments are processed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise agreed.

If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank or card issuer may charge foreign exchange conversion fees, and Dino Toy is not responsible for such charges.

Our payment process is designed to provide a secure shopping experience. In some cases, a Dino Toy representative may contact you to confirm your payment details. Customers are responsible for verifying all transaction details before completing payment. Dino Toy is not liable for incorrect transactions caused by inaccurate data entry or circumstances beyond its control.

6. Returns

Dino Toy offers a managed return process to simplify returns for buyers. If a return is approved, the customer may receive a voucher equal to the amount paid, minus:

• Shipping fees
• Banking fees for online or POS payments
• Any direct costs incurred in collecting the returned item(s)

We may issue a voucher based on the original purchase price, less any discounts applied at the time of purchase.

Dino Toy will not accept returns if the item has been used, damaged, opened in a non-returnable category, or if anything is missing from the package.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.

For store purchases, the customer must provide the original payment or receiving receipt and the item must still carry the Dino Toy barcode sticker.

Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of products until they are returned or collected.

7. Order Cancellation

If you cancel your order before it is shipped or handed over to the shipping company, only bank-incurred fees, if any, may be deducted from the paid amount.

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped or handed over to the shipping company, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products, including any additional items, free gifts, or giveaways included with the order.

Refunds will only be made through the original mode of payment.

8. Legal and Payment Notes

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Egypt.

If you make a payment for our products or services through our website, the payment details you provide are submitted directly to our payment provider through a secure connection.

The cardholder should retain a copy of transaction records and review merchant policies and rules.
